Introductory Meeting with Chrysalis Children’s Clinic (1 Session)

• New client comprehensive exam
• Meet with parents/ caregivers/ youth and or providers to discuss referring issues.

Discuss and answer questions about the NMT™ consultation process. 

• NMT™ Assessment Process: (Varies 1-3 sessions). 
• Meet with family members and primary caregivers.
• Gather a comprehensive neuro-developmental history and current Central Nervous System (CNS) functioning from parents/guardians/caregivers.                                                                          

Collateral Consultation: (if needed) 

• Consult with other providers or schools to gather further assessment information.

Observation Session/ Final Assessment Collection Session (1 session)

• Meet with youth and family to assess current CNS functioning and observe communication and family dynamics information. 

 Generate a brain map, metric report, interpretation, and recommendations  

 Review (1 session). 

• Meet with parents/caregivers/youth/ and providers, including Chrysalis Children’s Clinic.
• Review and discuss the NMT™ Brain Map and metric report with recommendations. 
• Strategize around the implementation of recommendations.
